Armeka manufactures vacuum-formed plastic products for various industrial needs, including the pharmaceutical and defense industries.
The design work is carried out in collaboration with the customer to ensure compliance with requirements and the use of appropriate manufacturing techniques for the final product. Our capabilities include CNC machining centers, robots, and thermoforming machines.
The molds for vacuum-formed products are custom-made based on customer needs. Mold materials may include wood or aluminum, depending on the quality requirements of the final product. Post-processing and modifications to the molds are straightforward, making vacuum forming a highly competitive option for prototypes, small batches, and large-scale mass production.
